hydroforming applications. It has excellent oil rejecting properties, corrosion protection, and extremely good filterability.

Iloform RS-D is boron and chlorine free.

Application

Iloform RS-D is designed to be used as an inner lubricant in hydroforming operations on ferrous and aluminum alloys. It

can also be used for related applications such as tube bending and pre-forming.

Iloform RS-D is designed to be used at 5% to 10% in water for hydroforming. For tube bending and pre-forming, the

Iloform RS-D should be used as a concentrate or diluted with water.
